Draco Redesign ~Contest Entry~

I finally got this in on time!! I didn't know if I was going to have time to finish this due to my Statistics summer class and my depression that was formed two weeks ago. This is contest on redesigning her dragon character Draco. I am super duper proud of this that I don't even care if I lose this contest. 

When I first looked at this dragon, I automatically imagined him as being some sort of war or warrior dragon. However, that seemed to be a common thought. But I also envisioned him as being some sort of Native American looking dragon, mainly due to the face markings and the bracelet with the golden feathers  

Things that I could not edit:
His main horns 
Wing shape and design
Give him more accessories than what he has
His wing marking

Things that I could edit:
Placement of his markings --> I couldn't tell if the black markings on his eyes were scars or just plain tribal markings. To go with the Native American look, I went ahead and changed those black markings into those common Native American face paint markings and put them on his cheeks.
Placement of his accessories --> I moved his arm bracelet from his right arm onto his tail. I don't know why, but I just thought it would look better there. (And I really like tail bracelets ) 
His main body color --> I wanted to go with a soft lavender color, but I gradually moved into an eggplant type of purple.
Secondary colors --> I went ahead and stayed with the yellow color. I tried powdered blue and some light greens but it just wasn't working out quite right for me.  
 Wing colors --> Instead of a darker red, I went with a sunset gradient.
Eye color --> I kept his original eye color, which is blue.
Addition and subtraction of horns --> I took off a lot of spikes, such as all of the tail spikes, leg spikes, and a few pairs of horns on his head. Instead, I kinda designed my own back leg spikes for him, but I didn't add any on the front legs. 
Addition of markings --> I had fun with this one! I gave him a darker back color and added light yellow and blue spots.  
Spikes, tail blades, and ventral plates --> I had a lot of fun with the ventral plates. At first I didn't know what I wanted to do until I looked up some Native American clothing. Some of the clothing had little rectangular strands on the shoulders and on the ends of their pants. I wanted to replicate that on his ventral plates, and had it gradually move over towards his shoulders to stick outwards. I made larger back spikes, but fewer of them. As for the tail design I made like a whale-tail type of design but also matched it to make it sorta look like his main horns. To keep the sliver blade, I made smaller silver blades circling all the way around his tail.  
His name --> No matter how hard I tried, I could not think of another name for him
